Michelle Thorne (Berlin/USA) is the international Project Manager for Creative Commons. She coordinates over fifty jurisdictions worldwide to localize and promote free culture and the Creative Commons licensing suite. She co-organizes Open Everything Berlin, a monthly salon on open source strategies, and atoms&bits, a global festival for "thinking, making, doing". Michelle also contributes to projects such as CC Case Studies, which documents exemplary and innovative license usage.
